I have to make a decision between a few options. Any advice on experiences with the brands would be appreciated. All options are 2.5kW cooling 3.2kW heating, fully installed.
Options:
* Fujitsu ASTG09KMCA, $1217 at HN ($1247 - $30Amex refund)
Samsung AR09FSSSBWK1, $1119 at GG ($1344 - $125 - $100 cashbacks)
pro: Wifi control (but only with Samsung phones), cheapest
con: I have a horrible Samsung fridge (faulty design both hardware and software) with zero service as a result dislike the brandMitsubishi Heavy Industries - DXK09ZJ, $1235 at GG ($1360 - $125 cashback)
pro: best reputation it would seem
con: uses more energy than both others, can't find much info online
Any chance I get the GG to match the HN price on the Fujitsu - and claim the cash-back in addition? In that case the question would be answered…
Personally, I'm not a fan of either the 'Jitz or Samsung ACs, (same goes for Kelvinator); but others may have had better experiences. My AC guy swears by Gree & Panasonic…I would tend to concur! ;)
The few experiences I've had with MHI have been positive thus far: solid, functional, reliable units with no frills IMHO (this is a good thing)…of the three options you've given, that would be my tip.
