Hi my laptop is on the way out so I need a replacement. Mainly use it for the internet/downloads, office & connecting to my TV. So the only thing I really need is HDMI out.
Any ideas would be great

Won't get much better then this for that price.
Swap out the HDD for a new SSD and it will be more than enough for most day-day applications

it has a HD screen which is expected for the money but it does have an option FHD screen
wouldnt buy acer unless it was the very last option
why? :/ the specs are good for that price, where's your suggestion?
probably bought into too much anti Acer propaganda, i go though a lot of tech gear and i've had at least 3 Acer laptops/phone, i've had no major problems, i think Acer used to have quality issues which have mostly been fixed now, i mean even Apple gear is not immune to hardware issues, Acer is the 'bargain' end of the market, if was was paying +50% for equivalent Apple hardware i would certainly be expecting better build/material quality/support! whatever floats your boat…
