How can I pay when the online seller sent item without I paying for it?

This might seem odd when I am trying to pay to seller but they seems not interested !!!!

Well the story goes like this. I ordered something online 4 days ago (of course, found in OZBargain, but dont want to tell which shop… u will know why once you read the whole section below). They offered PayPal, Card and BPay. I thought of using BPay as I thought its better. Once order confirmed, they gave some A/C and reference Number for BPay. I just saved it somewhere and thought of paying once reaching home (this whole drama happened while lunch time @ office). Later I couldn't locate it and just left it thinking the order wouldnt go through as I haven't paid for it….

Last day I got a parcel and when I opened it, it was from the same shop for which I didnt pay. I started searching for their FAQ and tried how to pay using order number. But that failed with error message even after trying to pay from 2 banks. I sent 2 emails to their customer service but without any reply. Called their Help desk twice but without success. all my attempts simply failed.

The money is not huge - just around $12. Any suggestions? I don't want to feel myself a thief :(

    Try to email them, contact on FB if possible. In the end you have tried.

    You can still pay via PAYPAL
    just contact them and ask what the PAYPAL email account they use is
    And just SEND money

        Less an "administration fee".

        I do have a Hotmail (Outlook) account, but not with "strangeloops66", and I do have an email account "strangeloops66 at X", where X is not "hotmail.com", so it will be impossible for OP to pay. Plus, I think that he may have cottoned on to the fact that the email account is bogus ;)

    youve called, youve emailed youve attempted to pay. you've done enough. just pay if they contact you and tell you how.
