On Monday i made an order with SunglassesShop and order a couple of expensive sunglasses with the 50% off code. I just recieved an email saying my complete order is 'out of stock' and what would i like to do about it. Am i the only one, or is everyone getting the same email?
If this is how they treat there customers this will be my first and last purchase from them, very unhappy
It sounds like marketing error to me. It is annoying when they can not honour their advertised offers. I had a similar problem when I picked up a nice sunnies for $0 plus delivery like $10 but someone rang me next morning saying it was a mistake,
