I'll be in Sydney for a week in Feb. Looking to do some shopping/bargain hunting while I'm there, Brissie has DFO and Harbortown on the Goldy, so hoping for something different from those. Don't know Sydney well, but Melbourne had great outlets for JAG Country Rd, Esprit etc back in the day. Bridge Rd Richmond was full of them. Does Sydney have an equivalent street/streets? Mainly fashion shops needed as I will be flying back to Bris, so need to be space conscious, but if there are any other small items to be found at good prices please mention. Thanks Guys!

Try Paddy's Markets ( can get there by the monorail) But will only be for cheap & cheerful products - however is a great trip round & although the goods aren't " Designer" labels - still some great bargains can be picked up of good quality.
The monorail doesn't exist anymore
Mono Mono Mono monoOoooooooo…DOH!
doesnt exist anymore
Monorail? Are you living in 2012??
In addition to the above it might be worth taking a look at Missy Confidential as well to see if there's any warehouse sales that coincide with your visit too. Sometimes there's good bargains on offer for just one weekend or so.
there is your regular
DFO @ homebush
Birkenhead point outlet stores @ birkenhead point
there are several outlet stores dotted around Alexandria (search McEvoy st outlets)
these are hit and miss and yes the outlet scene has changed over the years
you used to get alot bigger discounts for "irregular" stuff
if you are after sport wear….Auburn has several "sport" focused outlets at and around the Red Yard
