I was wondering which version was better. I have played Mass Effect and I am going to play the 2nd one soon but I heard that the choices made in the first 2 games don't do much in ME 3 and I don't plan on buying dlc either so the Wii U version seems to be the best one at the moment. Also I don't care about graphics.

If you don't care about graphics, and you don't care about DLC, then I'm not sure what would be your way of determining what the 'better' version is. Flip a coin, no standards means no regrets.
I said I won't be buying DLC and if I'm correct the Wii U version has some DLC, doesn't it?
The DLC included in the Wii U version isn't the better DLC, but for $4 you get a few and saves you a download of the extended ending dlc
