    Mine were given to Toll IPEC on 17/1… almost 2 weeks later they have still not arrived. Stuck in the Toll IPEC black hole I guess. Every time I call them its 20mins on hold too. Such a waste of time!

      yay, it arrived! Interesting that it was 2 individual helicopters. Wonder if they ran out of the dual packs and packaged the individual ones?

    Got both of mine today, just opened one looks good, haven't flown yet still charging. Must say the manual is very well written and somewhat funny, they point out all the common mistakes noobs make when flying and how to look after lipos. Unfortunately not a 4-channel heli only 3-channel. For some reason i thought it might be 4-channel because of the high RRP and the slogan "6 way precision control".

    Received a card in the mail on Jan 29th saying that I need to reschedule the delivery for these helicopters. I've rescheduled TWICE now, with both times customer service "guaranteeing" delivery. I was home ALL day for both rescheduled days (and the original delivery day, coincidentally enough) and left the "permission to leave without signature" card on the door too just in case. Today I still have nada. Any advice as to what I should do? Is this a lost cause?

      Toll are useless. I had to have mine redelivered to my work address. I emailed swann store and they were very responsive and offered to deal with toll directly to work it out. Customer service from swann was fantastic. Let them know the issues you are having with Toll. Maybe they will swap couriers…

        Totally, Swann customer service were awesome, toll were OK in the end though they do not deliver to Auspost parcel lockers (which is a pain)
