I got my order confirmation email and the money was taken from my bank account but since then, nothing…
Has anyone received orders from the free shipping promo?
In the My Account section of the website my order status is at "Pick" and has not changed in 10 days..
I have also tried emailing them but to no avail.
Agreed, call them. They are very helpful and professional. It may have been OOS and probably waiting new stock to arrive.
Great company. I was recently advised by automated return email 'Please be informed that we will be having limited dispatch and customer service from 21-12-12 to 13-1-13.'
I see! I didn't realize that but that's great was just a little worried about what was going on as I've ordered from them before and received goods very quickly.
Gave them a call and there was no answer so it's safe to assume they are all just on holiday. Just thought it was strange to run a free shipping promotion while there's no-one there to fill the orders.

Ring the store to check what's going on. They may be closed for holidays or something. Not much point asking us what's happening, and if they're closed emails won't be answered etc.
