Macy's Extra 15% off (Including Clearance Items)

60
SAVE

There was a similar one last month. Also extra tip, if you sign up for a profile you get extra 15% off voucher. I'm not sure if it will work this time, but it did for me last month.

Also note, if your country is Australia you get less item due to export restrictions. However if you know someone in the states or your remailer offer purchasing service, you can switch to the U.S. site to get loads more items. For example, all Hilfiger and Calvin Klein are filtered for Oz shoppers but not U.S. ones and you get get coats with RRP$500 down to $130 before piling on the extra 15% or the extra sign up 15% (again this second one may not work this month).

NOTE: the promo code doesn't seem to work in the check out screen where you enter your address, but it is valid and you can enter it by clicking on the shopping cart first instead of going to the check out screen directly.

  • if you want to buy, say, 2 jackets or more, use a shipping forwarder and pay US price, it may be MUCH cheaper.

  • +$90 delivery

    • Eh? Just testing adding items and checking out to my Aussie address… shipping is free to Australia.

    • There's usually a minimum spend for free shipping.

Not this promotion, it gives the discount and free shipping

        • How are you getting free shipping to Australia? I'm getting the discount by shipping is showing up as $60. Thanks!

  • I haven't found any shorts with a coin pocket listed as a feature.
I can't tell by looking at some of the photos because the model's shirt is covering the belt line.

If anyone has bought some dress shorts with a coin pocket on-line for less than $40 I would appreciate a heads-up on where to look.

  • Has anyone been able to order anything on the website directly using a credit or debit card with an Australian billing address and a remailer? Last I tried they wouldn't let me process the order and the phone service barred my 28 degrees credit card as well. Tips? Comments?

  • I'm not getting free shipping to Australia???????

  • +1

Can't get free shipping to Australia either… OP can you clarify how to get this?

  • free shipping??

  • AFAIK free shipping is only within US..

  • I purchased some things on Boxing Day when it specifically said free shipping to Aus if you spend more than $107. At checkout I was still charged but as the items were selling out I ordered anyway. On their contact us page there is a specific query area for price adjustments or coupon codes not applying. I was originally told that the free shipping was for Macy's to send to Borderfree who would then send it to me. This apparently costs $9.95 normally. They also said if I had further queries to contact Borderfree. After contacting Borderfree they refunded another portion of the shipping. After another query about why it wasn't fully refunded it turned out they separate it into shipping and handling and they also refunded handling as well.

So is the shipping free? I guess kind of if you chase them up. I should say they were much each easier to deal with than most Aussie companies when it cmes to online.

  • Have removed free shipping from title. OP feel free to change this if clarification is given.

  • Sorry folks, not sure why the free shipping doesn't work now. It was yesterday. When I tried it this morning for the a peacot worth $155, it charged me $3.30 for shipping to australia. So not free, but not that bad either.

Please read the bolded note in the topic, you have to apply the extra 10-15% coupon code SAVE to also get the shipping discount. For me using Chrome, it does not work in the checkout screen. You have to apply it in the View Cart screen, and then check out from there.

Their website is pretty bad… but the prices are good compared to local prices, even after shipping. I personally ordered the U.S. stock via a remailer though as I wanted some of the unfiltered items

    • Just want to know which remailer you used for shopping in US. Last one I used was expansive.

      • Have used http://www.shipito.com/ a few times – happy with the cost and service.

They were not “expansive” in fact the opposite - they received 3 items for me – open them up took photos then packaged them all back into one of the boxes – saved heaps on postage.

      • I use hopshopgo.. they are not the cheapest, but I've had a long relationship with them and they are very reliable and responsive to me. They've helped me resolve shipping problems I had with DHL. I've heard other reports of the opposite, but for me they have been rock solid. Hence I've stucked with them even though they're not the cheapest.

      • +1 for Shipito.
