  • Can these be played on the Xbox One? If so, I'll buy them now so they are ready to be played when I get mine.

No, 360 games cannot be played on Xbox One.

      • I get that X360 games can't, but I was asking more towards the Arcade side of it. War Thunder on the PS4 was a PS3 digital game.

        • +1

Nothing at all can be played from your x360 on your xbox one, same as the ps3 and ps4 you have to pay separate on just the xbox one. the new consoles 'replace' the old ones.

        • Which sucks, but at least we were all able to pick up our $69 Xbox 360 consoles the other week for when our current ones die.

        • War Thunder on the PS4 isn't a PS3 game, it's a PS4 port.

There is no backwards compatibility whatsoever on the PS4 or XB1. XBLA/PSN games are exactly the same as retail games on a technical level, so if retail games don't work XBLA/PSN games won't work.

        • I noticed Flower on PS3/PS4/Vita is an exception to this. Too bad all games aren't like this :(

        • +1

These are remakes of the PS3 games, they are not just the PS3 game working on a PS4.

  • Great post and a great time to own a Xbox if you are one of those people that don't feel the need to have the latest consoles.

  • Some good deals the fc predator is a classic and hard to find now.
Fcp2 at 2.50 is good too.
Bet they turn up free in a month or two tho!

  • Yeah I didn't go too crazy, just Far Cry 2 and Blood Dragon I have a new rule nothing over $10 in case its a free game before too long!

  • Good that WWE2K14 Season Pass on sale but in America it is $13 and we have to pay $18. DLC should be the same as it has always been.

    • DLC on XBL has never been the same price across regions. 400MS points in Australia != 400MS points in the USA.

      • When we had Microsoft points DLC was the same.
Then when that ended and we went to currency DLC was still the same price.
        But now it is different.

        • Sorry but that's not true. When we had MS Points if something was 400MS in Aus it was 400MS in USA. The cost of 400MS points in Australia is more than the cost of 400MS points in the USA, so the DLC was not the same price.

        • Well it was when you got region free Microsoft points.
Also when it changed, the Dollar amount was the same except for a few cents.
