Hi fellow Ozbargainers,

Lately I have been looking at Garden Sheds and other items for the house and been to Bunnings and Masters yet the prices were too high $400-$650 for a 3/3 m
However, i came across Alibaba.com. (Chinese wholesale site) and found sheds as little as 70 to 180 dollars. Before purchasing and organizing shipment, I wanted to see whether others have bought items from this site before. I know its a legit site but was it swiftly transacted and delivered.

While at it, I was also looking for a cheap smart phone and came across the IPHONE 5s fake which looks bloody great and runs android 4.2… here's the links:

The price is pretty good 145-160 $… I know its not the same as the iphone specs and resolution and ect but for that price do you think i should get it….also would it go through customs…

    My wife buys 'stuff' through Alibaba and hasn't had a problem I have been made aware of. You have to remember that it is a market place that lots of vendors sell through. Even if one person has a problem with a vendor, don't let it tarnish the whole place, and I think the people running the market place try and keep it that way.

        Delivery for a knock off iPhone or for the garden shed? You will need to ask the vendors directly.

        I have no idea about garden sheds, but I think if you are thinking of buying an Android phone you are better off going with one of the more reputable Chinese manufacturers like THL;

        Customs probably won't confiscate your knock off iPhone unless you make a habit of importing them.

        You can find this out for yourself by choosing an item and putting it in your shopping basket.

        Why bother getting a clone iPhone? If you're going to use Android anyway, get a real Android phone. Spend the money on hardware designed to run Android, not on plastic and paint designed to look like an iPhone instead. Get one that absolutely is what it says it is.

    Intersted as well - I am looking for a cheap phone with a large screen, not an iphone or a look alike, keep wondering it the phones I see on the Chinese sites are worth the cost and not sure if it is worth taking the risk. Please let us know what you decide to do with the shed and the phone. thanks
