We've had this one for two years and it's been very good. The link with the bad reviews wasn't there when I was researching it (late 2011), just some of the good ones. This is also the second example of product duplication I've seen at Productreview.com today. The other was for the Samsung PS51E531 PTV.
We mostly use the 29 minute wash, cold water and 800rpm spin. I used to use 1000rpm, but it's a loud high-pitched whine at that speed — 800 is acceptable. The real reason is, we only have a laundry nook off the kitchen with a thin folding door.
The only glitch was on one occasion, it gave a DE error which is the door lock. Simply cycled the power and it hasn't happened since.
It's a very heavy machine (~70KG IIRC) so if you're installing it yourself, take your time positioning and levelling the feet properly. If it's not perfectly level, the drum will oscillate during the spin.
