Is it possible to add these requests:
Hiding expired deals from the front page
Going to last viewed page after login

Indeed it's a weird feature — probably something that needs to be opted-in when you login. Otherwise the user would be very annoyed getting bounced to a complete different page than the current one.
Also the performance penalty of saving the URL on every page view by the user. Hmmm.
Completely missed that expiring option. Thanks.
eBay and many other shopping sites go back to last viewed page after login
Last viewed when you were not logged in — that we are already doing. Wherever you are, click on Login, put in your username and password, and you should be back to the page when you clicked Login.
But I don't think we will develop something that will bring you back to the last page viewed while you last logged in.
I see.
When I go to vote for a deal (when I'm logged out), I get the login prompt and get directed to user profile. When I go to the login menu I get redirected to last viewed page.
If you go to Deals-Settings, you can set to not show expired deals on the front page.
Interesting suggestion. Are there any other sites that do this?
