      Ok, it's been fixed - the redirect page was incorrect.

      If you've already done the survey, when you visit the survey link it should automatically redirect you to the completion page where you can claim your coupon and enter the contest.

    Try revisiting the survey - it should just redirect you to the Contest/Coupon Page since you've completed the Survey already.

  Also, what is the minimum spend to get the $10 off? i cannot find anything on the site saying what the amount is. I keep getting the 'discount cannot be applied' rubbish.

  Voucher expires in 7 days…

  I bought something from topbuy a few days ago it was a good buy and worth it and arrived promptly etc etc

  But $10 voucher that expires in 7 days really isn't that great….!

  I completed the survey last night and did so when the page had only been viewed 100 times. Granted, they might have had visitors from other locations, but I didn't receive my voucher.

  Plus 7 days is a bit tight. I know they want to push the sales, but come on… at least 2 weeks for vouchers I would be thinking.

  Thanks TopbuyAustralia for clearing that up. One more time for the dummies, for those who did not get a coupon. I just clicked on the link and logged in with name and email, THEN it sent me the coupon. (But I was pretty pissed when I didn't get a coupon straight after completing the survey like most of you. Luckily I decided to re-read the whole page when I saw an item I liked. Yes, 1 new customer…).
