The Good Guys - A Positive Comment

Generally we get on here to complain…. but here's a positive.

I have a Beyondwiz TV tuner HDD, and mainly use it for playing, ahem, home movies via the USB drive.

One of the kids managed to break the USB drive, so we started using the SD Card slot. But then it kept saying unsupported format on mp4 files.

Got so sick of it on Sunday night that at 11.30pm I got online, found the good guys had a sale on the WDTV Live (99.95) with $2 delivery. Ordered it. Arrived 11.30am Tuesday via courier..

Now that's how online shopping is supposed to work!

    Hope you discipined the kids for fooling with stuff, have deprived them of food water and pocket money for enough years to pay for the new item, LOL

    I have just ordered a gps from TGG on monday night via online shop I got a phone call tuesday say order confirmed wanted to confirm delivery address, order was processed and sent out to couriers depot etc. and while it wont come till after ny day, a email with tracking link was sent.

    This is better service and support than most. Mind you the one item bought from shopping express had fantastic support and tracking as well

      I can certainly vouch for Shopping Express. I bought an SSD the Thursday before Xmas. Didn't expect to receive it till after Xmas. But it was delivered on Sunday morning.

    I bought a WiiU game during their recent sale and the delivery guy (nice young kid) went out of his way to hand deliver it. More a reflection on him than the GGs as It was probably on his own time and the calls I received from him were probably on his own phone. Good to see they employ good staff, well one at least…
