I wasted 4 hours today trying to buy a simple item, but when I encountered a problem I tried to get help…LOL..
I left email..no reply..
I then tried online chat..finally got someone called LIZ, who spent 20 minutes doing nothing that I could see, certainly didn't let me know otherwise, and kept telling me 'one moment please' but nothing got resolved. I had to go back to work so I asked her if she could just email me a solution. She said yes.
So 2 & 1/2 hours later and still no solution, no email, and apparently no record of my chat with her.
So Ive just got off from another live chat person who told me I have to explain it all again to him :(
I told him not to worry and that I didn't have anymore time to waste :(
Stupid total waste of my time… hours trying to sort out a simple issue with a couple of dollars difference in pricing…

not surprise, I ordered a soldering iron a few months ago on their web site. The listed price is in AUD but then when I check out with paypal I was charged in USD and then a conversion rate. I emailed them and questioned why an Aust company charges in USD their reply is like "that's how we do it if you have any further comments please contact us again". Very bad customer service.
