the games and DLC are usually cheaper, you can either pay with a pre paid voucher from amazon, or a credit card if its accepted (sometimes you get lucky), but instant code on amazon is easy anyway.
if your disc is from EU/AUS DLC from the US PSN store will not work, however on all but PS Vita i.e. PS3/4 you can switch between accounts and play a EU Game on a US account and vice versa.
I now use my US PSN as a primary one as they had black friday sales where the PS+ membership was really cheap.
US PSN is generally cheaper to purchase games, you need an American address to register but this can be easily faked e.g. google one or you can get a legitimate one through borderlinx or comgateway, you may also want to purchase a subscription (for PS+) on amazon.com with a US account (US address refer to above) or buy off ebay (paid $38US for 12months recently on eBay), credit for account can easily be bought with a US Amazon account then buy games with it, also if you buy US games you need to buy US DLC (Down Loadable Content) and vice versa e.g. AU games need AU DLC

You can run multiple users on PS3 and PS4 to use games, but PS Vita required different memory cards to switch or a reformat.

There is no ps4 version of GT6. This is a great price. I was watching it on Amazon since release and ended up buying it just before XMas as a gift for $59.

BF4 and CoD are both upgradable.
