StarTrack delivery question...

Hi guys, I bought online earlier last week a G19 Keyboard from the Logitech Shop and received a tracking number/consignment code for my delivery.

Just checking the code in the detailed form its seems to say it was onboard for delivery for 27th…. I have not received it nor have I had a note placed in my letterbox and I was there all day and gate has a bell system for deliveries(received my xps 8700 from another courier that day).

This is the tracking info.

24 Dec 2013 00:00 Freight Manifest Transmitted
24 Dec 2013 18:28 Sydney DFPC Arrived at StarTrack Location for processing
27 Dec 2013 06:36 Adelaide Arrived at StarTrack Location for processing
27 Dec 2013 07:52 Adelaide Onboard with driver for delivery
27 Dec 2013 11:47 Adelaide Returned to StarTrack Location

Currently status says: In Transit

Does this mean they will deliver again or are they returning back to Logitech shop? Damn this annoys me so much :(

    They should go back to the depot but that's really odd since StarTrack is a subsidiary of AusPost they normally/can leave a card and let you pick it up at your nearest AusPost office. You can always call to confirm.

      I'm gonna try that tomorrow, just trying to get a feel for the situation from others. I have usually received the packages directly from star track…. Thanks for the reply :)
      P.S Sadly call center is open only on Weekdays so that why I haven't called yet. Darn Weekend :P

    I have had that a couple of times from couriers, always happens on a Friday. Perhaps the driver didn't have time, so takes it back to the depot. Usually they deliver the next business day.

      I'll be keeping an eye out tomorrow anyway because I believe the nexus 5 is coming aswell :) Thanks guys for your continued replies.

    I hate StarTrack as I live on the outskirts of Melbourne, but still within Melbourne zone - they just drop parcels direct to the local Post Office, no attempt at delivery, no card - very slack. I have complained, but made no difference. Then I have to go to the Post Office (who are also p***ed off) & get the parcel or wait until the PO send me a card saying I have a parcel for pick up….

    I ur situation, the driver has run out of time for delivery because of the busy Xmas period & taken it back to the depot. Should be there today. GL

      yeah the tracking says that now….Now just gotta wait for both my nexus and the g19…..

      heyy great to hear you got it I live in Perth myself and brought a monitor from dicksmith as delivery was the only option I had to do that for 2 business days now its been this Freight Manifest Transmitted and its a 40 minute drive from where I am to where they pick it up I really hope tomorrow I get a notice saying driver picked up for delivery cause im home sick :(
