Westfield gift card for Coles Myer?

Does anyone know if you can purchase coles myer card with westfield gift card? Since with coles cards can purchase a coles myer.

You can't use Westfield gift cards at Myer directly (according to the people selling Westfield cards at Knox)

Some Myer shops now accept Westfield cards. Check with them but I don't think you can purchase gift cards with gift cards since you can't use a self check out.

Actually was asking if it an be done at coles, self serve terminals, I used a coles gift card and purchased a COLE-Myer card and worked .

Who said that? im pretty sure Coles Group (except Kmart and Target) do not accept them anywhere.
