Easytoys FM Transmitter deal gone. Why?

Hi all,

A few days ago I acted on my 1st deal from OzBargain - the FM iPod transmitter from Easytoys.

The link was http://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/12754 - now it shows as access denied.

I have also noticed that the alleged 24-hour deal is still up.

Why has the deal been canned? Is there anything I should know about? Has my money gone down the drain? Should I cancel my credit card?

Ozbargain and Easytoys are 2 separate entities. Just because it's not on here doesn't mean it's not on Easytoys.

Before the Rep posted the deal, their account was temporarily banned from posting new deals due to his shop due to receiving negative voting on prior deals. Instead of waiting 5 days from the last post for automatic unbanning, the rep circumvented the system by posting up a picture and links in the description. The deal was manually removed by a MOD.

No need to worry, the item is still on the frontpage of their website.

I got my Laser from Easytoys. The packaging and website was all very good.

What neil said. It's removed because it took backdoor to post its offer when it's on temporarily ban, instead of waiting for ban to expire so I have to take the offer down, even though there is prob nothing wrong with the offer.
