I don't know if this is a pricing error or not, I went to search for the game and it's ~$39, but when I went into the Christmas countdown page it says it's free, and the transaction went through successfully for me.
Hopefully I'll get to keep it, grab it while it's still free.

Edit - it's just a demo. Only 1.5gb. Ah well already played it and don't have a 360 anymore.
i think it may be a demo version… if you click through it talks about what the demo highlights… also the little icon below the name (the half shaded in xbox controller) means that it's a demo version
