  Factory rejects / defects are what I have received from this store. Unhappy footing the return postage and also losing out on not getting refunded for defective shoes tried on. There is other feedback warning of the same.
  As a warning, try on all shoes received, and go through PayPal if needed so they pay return postage.

    Hi if you buy a pair of shoes and they are big or small doesn't make the shoes faulty. This is case of shoe sizing. As different styles fit differently regardless of same brand. In the event shoes are big or small we are always happy to exchange for smaller or larger size.

      Hi Rep,
      I'd like to think what you say is true, and might explain some peoples complaints, though I'm not entirely convinced.
      There were visible defects raised up from the sole into the insole. Unbearably uncomfortable and not related to size.
      When you reject returns saying that they have been worn, then there's no return to make, right? Then a PayPal claim should be made instead.
