Unless you want a book, these guys are just atrocious… I've had 1/4 orders fulfilled and only 1 was a price error!
Yeah they're annoying. I found a game I was after there, for a good price and placed an order -this was a couple of weeks ago. It said they had stock, and the receipt I received via email said it would be processed the next day. Got an email a few days later similar to you the one you posted that it's currently out of stock, they don't know when they'll get more so they've refunded the money. This WAS for a Christmas present - fortunately I found it elsewhere.
