I have checked the DVD box set and it is still available from Paramount (it had been out of stock) so we now have that on promotion for $96.95.
With regards to the Blu ray box set - this is a Toshiba branded product and I am following up availability at the moment.

I couldn't see any info on their shipping charges but you are correct that on today's exchange rate the price of the box set is around $150 (incl. their 5 pound surcharge for o/s orders).

How much do they charge for delivery fee to Melbourne Australia for dvd.co.uk ? Also usually how long it takes for delivery ?
For the original 6 movies, JB has the Blu Ray box set version for $200 (incl some kind of phaser remote), so it's $40 cheaper already. CD Wow has the same set without the phaser for $182.95 delivered, so that's $17 cheaper (shipping at DDC is free for orders over $70).
For standard DVD, JB has the first 6 movie box set for $99, so about the same as DDC's individual titles, but cheaper than the price they have for the same box set. Catch is, JB are out of stock… Cdwow has it for $76 delivered, but is Region 2.
Overall - very average offer, wouldn't call it a bargain.
