Breville BTA845 Toaster

Hi everybody,

My name is Abraham & I've just joined. I came across this site so i thought i would ask here in case anybody might know somewhere i could find a better deal. My apologies if its been asked before or if I'm posting in the wrong section.

I am looking at buying the Breville BTA845 Toaster which i found listed for $166 plus delivery at pricepirate.

I was wondering if anybody knew where i could get one of these at the same price or cheaper locally to Melbourne. I was told by a friend to try Good Guys as they beat online prices but not sure if they would beat/match the price as it is interstate.

Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

    Hey Abraham, have you looked at Myer or David Jones? They do free delivery for purchase > $100 and i see lotsof Brevlke toasters there for you to look around if yourspecific model isnt available..

    Can't find much cheaper than that. Make sure you buy it before 24th December so you can claim your $25 cash back from Breville.

    Don't forget the Breville/Kambrook factory outlet shops in Fitzroy & Huntingdale. They are usually much cheaper than most and you can call for a price. Big range of stock.

      Thanks for that. I wasnt aware of the factory outlet. I called both the stores but unfortunately they are both sold out of the toaster & they wont be getting any stock soon. I asked for a price & i was told $129 which is quite good but a shame that i wont be able to buy it at that price.

    They do tend to sell out of many popular items a week or two before Christmas.

      Yes i assumed that was the case. I'm not in a rush for the toaster so ill just wait till after the new year & hopefully it will be back in stock or i can find it at a similar price elsewhere.

    Just thought i would update this…

    I went past the Breville Factory Outlet in Fitzroy today & ended up purchaing the Breville BTA840 as they had ran out of the BTA845 as mentioned above. The price for the BTA840 was $89 which was perfect for what it is. There doesnt seem much of a difference in features if any, between the BTA840 & BTA845. The only difference i could find was the fruit bread function which i probably would never use, so saved quite a bit.

    They still had a few in stock when i was there today so if anybody is thinking of buying one of these as a xmas gift, it would be smart to go past asap.

    Hope that helps anybody looking at getting one.
