      We have a few different options - we have a few drop crotch styles if they're what you're after - otherwise our brooklyn chino shorts are a good fit (quite skinny but have a bit of stretch in them)

      If you have any issues we have a returns centre in Sydney that you can return them to for a refund :)

          I think he means

          Address 1 : Street
          Address 2 : Suburb
          City: Sydney (or whatever).

          That won't work.. What are people in the country mean to do? Put Perth in for say Bunbury?

          Basically every site has the 2 address boxes, usually for units. It's just a bug in their site.

          Putting your address in will be better than putting 'Sydney' as your 'City/town'.

          Eg.
          123 White Street
          123 White Street
          North Perth
          6006
          Western Australia
          Australia.

    Hi rep. Just ordered via the mobile site and my order status says "suspended" Order No. 144997. What does this mean?

    It also rejected my Amex even though the mobile site had a little Amex logo.

    Curious about the fit of the polos - I normally wear big L's or XL's, but chest by the tape measure is around 112cm suggesting XXL - is the sizing pretty true?

    I bought a pair of their pants and they split about five minutes after I put them on. I found the quality of the pants to be very weak but to their credit, they replaced the pants with no questions asked.

    I am now too scared to wear the pants out in case they split again!! Perhaps get a size bigger if you're not sure.

    Thanks, bought $150 worth.

    On the payment page it has a logo of AMEX, but it comes up with error if you try to pay with AMEX.

    Hopefully the sizes fit well !

    Yeah annoyingly Amex doesn't work. Had previously used Amex with them before.

    My order also says status is "Suspended". And no email confirmation.

    Last week was the first time I shopped with them since you could pay by AUD.

    Turns out you still get charged international fees because payment is taken outside Australia.

    Make sure you use your 28 degrees or citibank plus.

    Brothers, I had two orders.. one for two pairs of chino's and the other for two polo's and jeans. They came with two blocks of chocolate. THEY WERE NOT MELTED!

    Anyway, had such a good experience with Hallenstein's.. the shipping is the fastest I've ever had. Two days for both orders. Will be looking forward to buying from HB again.
