    Too expensive. The Aesop cleanser I like is $45 on Strawberry.net, $31 from DJs.

    • Aesop has always been ridiculously priced at strawberrynet - much better to buy at DJs or direct from the Aesop Australia stores.

  • Yeah I bought a 100ml Taylor Swift giftpack from Myer of all places for less than they sell the bottle on it's own. Going to give this website a miss for the perfume my missus likes :P

    I just bought a few Clinique items. they worked out to be the best price, when you considered the 10% discount. The only thing I wanted that was expensive at StrawberryNet was "Happy Heart perfume", which was about $12 more expensive than other places…. so I got that elsewhere.

    Just a warning: this company promises to pay any additional custom fees or taxes you might incur when having the items shipped from overseas, but I had a bad experience with them where they promised to reimburse me, but afterwards refused to pay me the full amount.

    It was the first and only time I used StrawberryNET; I got an unexpected letter from customs asking me to pay additional duty in order to get my parcel. I scanned the letter and sent it to customer service, asking them if they would reimburse me for it. They promptly replied and said would they would, and instructed me to pay the customs duty. The speed of their reply made me feel confident that they would. Unfortunately after I payed the duty and sent them proof, they changed their mind and told me that they wouldn't reimburse me and kept fobbing me off literally for months. Only through sheer persistence did they pay me some of the cost back, but to this day not all of it.

    I'm sure 99% of people won't have the same problem, but for those who do have a problem with customs fees just be aware that customer services will shamelessly and directly lie to you.
