I recently purchased 2 x 2TB portable Hard Drives 1 x Toshiba and 1 x WD. All my older drives have usb cables that are the normal usb on 1 end and a micro (or mini on the older) usb connector on the other end. One of the cables is dodgy and I want to replace it. Can anyone tell me what the connector is? It doesn't say on the box. I couldn't find an appropriate cable on JayCar so I thought it would be easier if I knew what the actual connector was called. The lad in JB tried to tell me it was some type of sata connector.

I should have thought of a an ebay search. Thanks for that.
I'm not sure so I googled it and found this in the results you will most likely find a better deal I'm just using this ad as a example but the ad says its a "Micro B Male Cable" (USB 3.0 A Male to Micro B Male Cable)
