PS3 and 360 Elder Scrolls: Skyrim - EB Games - $28 New $23 Preowned

30

I havent seen this posted in any of the EBgames sales.
I apologise if this is a dupe.

Its $25 cheaper than playasia, $2 cheaper than ozgameshop, and its available immediately as opposed to a two-three week wait.

I am yet to try Skyrim yet, so I will probably buy it today or tomorrow.

i hear it isnt as good on consoles. So if you have a PC perhaps try it on that?

    • I've heard the same, but I run everyone at home from an android tab now.

Gaming has moved to the couch until further notice. trying to move away from a desk when I get home due to spending 8 hours in front of a desk at work. This seemed to be the best deal around for a console version.

Vouching for PC as well if you have the chance. The huge amounts of mods/quest/enhancements will give you 100+ hours over the console versions.

Edit: Just saw your comment as I posted mine haha

    • It played quite poorly on my PS3.

      -Constant freezing
      -Poor framerate
-Terrible loading times even when installed.

I didn't feel motivated to play the DLC episodes just because of it.

My game save stands at 87 hours but honestly, it felt like 70 hours and the remaining was on the loading screens.

      Yes, it's that bad.

I have no idea what Bethesda was thinking releasing it the way they did.

    • Bought an online copy (PC Steam version) a few weeks ago for like $10. Playing it now. Cheaper and better graphics than either PS3 and Xbox 360. More third-party options on PC version like trainer cheats, nude mod, etc :P

Edit: I only have mine installed in my hard drive, game still loading fast. People who installed theirs in SSD drives say it loads like lightning.
