    preferable to buy Colgate White for $5 & brush teeth twice morning/night. get result in 3 months.

    You get better results with clinical product. They use stronger concentration of peroxide. That said, they are much more expensive and only last for around two years.

    If your health insurance covers a large portion of the cost, go for the clinical option.

      When you say if your health insurance covers it, do you by any chance know which ones cover teeth whitening? I thought non of them covered cosmetic dentistry

    I swear none of the toothpaste with whitening in it works, after 6 months+ my teeth are still the same colour as big mac sauce
