Yep be very careful with this company.
They ship orders without some of the items in the order (without first notifying you), even though they are supposed to have some sort of stock level management on their website.
This has now happened twice out of three orders I've placed with them.
They ship it with a note saying that the money has been refunded on the items they couldn't ship due to no stock. Although I went back and checked and they hadn't actually refunded the money. One order was on my Credit Card and the other on PayPal.
So for two items (on separate orders) they have charged me and didn't deliver the goods.
I currently have a dispute with PayPal because they don't reply to email support at all.
For such a large company I wasnt expecting it to be this dodgy.
I agree with Hellrazorone…I have done two orders in the past month with these people and have received replies stating they are out of stock each time and can't even give me a ballpark time when stock will be available.
Why they can't manage their stock control is beyond me.
It's the last time I place an order with these shonks.
So I'm thinking of using their international sevice to send something to china. Should i strongly reconsider and just buy from store then send it myself?
Yes I would. Especially if you plan on buying multiple items. One of the orders I placed was because I was after a certain item, so I added formula for bub to bring it over the $30. The one thing I placed the order for was cancelled due to no stock (even though it was still available to order on their website even after I received the delivery). But instead of calling and asking whether you would like to proceed with the order they just ship the other items, and cancel the ones they can't provide. Still haven't received a refund (as mentioned would be the process in their included note) for the item they couldn't provide. Paypal dispute was lodged ten days ago and the seller (CW) still hasn't responded. If you can get it at your local store I would advise it, wouldn't want to send something to China only to be notified by the person there that half the items you ordered weren't included. I won't be buying online from these muppets again.
May pay to check priceline website for similar products, they have free shipping at the moment.
