Not really a bargain. Slightly different prices at PC Case Gear ($55 + $12-$17 shipping), similar pricing at Instant IT, Shopping Square and a couple of other places have the same or lesser price including shipping but no stock.

You can pick it up from Scorptec for $65, Centrecom or HB Outlet for $67. Using those prices you could get it pricematched down to ~$62 from Officeworks if you live near mentioned shops.
