How is Tokyo/Osaka good if it doesn't allow stop over in HK?
2 months ago I had the need to stop over in HK and Japan. My fare I paid was $1290 on CX tax inclusive. I was stopping over in HK for a few days. It would have been the same price as this deal if I was transitting from HK so I do question where is the bargain to Japan.
Great airline, great service , but the lack of seat recline in economy doesn't make long haul a very pleasant experience. While these are being upgraded they still have a number of long haul flights with the old configurations and its painful.
Absolutely ridiculous, I bought a ticket to UK a couple of years ago for my 68y/o mum not knowing about the seats, they should be forced to disclose the seat type in big font prior to selling a ticket
