PayPal Fees Vs Bank

Hi Guys,

Just wondering if its more beneficial to purchase online with paypal or with bank card taking into account the fees and currency charges of both?

    citibank plus account or 28 degrees master card with no international transaction fees will be better than using paypal's exchange rates (basically saving yourself 2+%). otherwise it will depend on what % fee your bank charges.
