I am thinking about buying gift cards to use the AMEX offer. I seem to remember DJs offering a 10% bonus on gift cards in previous years. Maybe it was Myer?
Does anyone have any idea on whether DJs offers a 10% bonus on gift cards nearly every Christmas? Should I hold off?

Myer have given 10% discount in past years, but it was not this near to xmas I think? As they now have so many discount lines coming up to xmas, offering discount on gift cards also would be like giving money away - stupid! Same approach with DJs I would expect. Dick Smith are busy doing it of late but perhaps to pump up their sales, to give the share price momentum when they release 2013 figures?
As far as I know… it was Myer… at least two years in a row.
