  The coupon code doesn't show any free samples, nor does it give free shipping - my payment included $8 shipping fee. Also, does the "free gift" come with the order as it doesn't specify? What is the "free gift"?

    The coupon code does not show any free sample, the free samples will be included altogether with the order once the coupon code has been applied. Please either leave your order ID here or email us at [email protected] so we can deduct the shipping fee for you and include the free gifts in the order).
