Okay- usually I'm fine with understanding this stuff..but…
I'm switching from Voda (coverage is bad at my new place) to Boost— hoping that being on the Telstra network might help…I also like their unlimited $40 deal. My 24 mth contract with Voda ends 22 Dec.
Now, the issue is that I went to the Boost site to read their, "how-to" about porting my Voda number to them. They specifically say to
1st: get their SIM, 2nd: use their "chat" to port the number- otherwise, it won't go through.
To test this, I just tried clicking their, "chat" button- & it brings me to a "sign in with your bigpond details" page?? Wha??
Obviously, I can't sign in to bigpond, since I'm not a customer of bigpond.
Now what?
