Sorry to hear about your difficulties. My experience has only been good with 28 degrees. I recently got reimbursed for 4500 in fraud transactions (lots of small transactions over a week or so). They have always been great.
But… I have has issues purchasing from other countries where I didn't inform them. For example, I recently travelled to Europe and advised before I left, but my card was rejected just a few weeks before my departure for booking things outside of the window they advised.
My guess is that they detected some fraudulent activity on your card and it's been blocked. A quick call should have it sorted?
did you tell them you were going to travel with it?
