I've bought online email codes from ozsave and it had been great, now my membership had finished and unfortunately ozsave didn't have live memberships so I tried ozgameshop.
So I bought an email code from ozgameshop on the 30/11/13 Australian date, 29/11/13 UK date 12 +1 months for $54.99.I used paypal as means of security in case of any issues.
I received an email from Jessica ozgameshop - thanking me for the purchase and my code will be emailed in a few hours. Few hours later code received (picture of card with code).
I replied saying great, thanks for prompt reply saved me money forking out $80 from a retail store for 12 months. I even asked her where I can provide some positive feedback as the service was great….UNTIL……
I entered the code and message came up Code Already Used - Try another code.
So I emailed her error message asking to provide a new code as I've been sold a used one she replied with the standard email please check O,0,I,1,S,5 are entered correctly, provide snapshots of my screens and jump through a fire hoop. So I have sent emails back and forth, told her I don't have any O,0,I,1,S,5 in my code, and that they have sold me a used code. Then I'm told that the code may have been cracked by a keygen or my email intercepted and somebody used the code.
I chatted with xbox support and they confirmed the code was activated by another user / gamertag on 29/11/13 (note I received the code via email 30/11/13), so I definitely did not activate the code.
I sent ozgameshop many emails back and forth stating my case, providing proof I am not trying to get another free code. I advised them I checked xbox support and they confirmed that code was used on another gamertag.
Finally after viewing my photos of my tv with the code entered and error message, they advised will send me a new code…and still waiting.
So here I am after many days following up with ozgameshop support, xbox support, paypal I still don't have a code.
So I wanted to ask if you can point me to a legit site that does come good on its email codes without any hassles.

Been using this guy for a few years. Usually buy a couple every 12 months for myself & other family members. Only had one screw up in half to a dozen purchases, & while it took a day or two to resolve, it was resolved.
