I've seen a few of these being tested in Australia.

At this stage there is no chance that a safe drop of articles could be achieved, you basically need to program specific GPS co-ordinates for drop off at each delivery location for it to succeed. I've seen it stop at Address 123 Fake Street… but it parked itself on the road!
