I like how they say buy GTA 6 and get 50% off a DS3 controller to $40. Then just above that ad, they have a standalone DS3 controller for $65.

  • More offers in store..whatever that means..

I got disenchanted with eb games when I saw them selling a copy of the black eyed peas experience on wii for $15, yet mass effect 2 was $12 ( both pre owned) pricing aside, this should be considered a crime against gaming!

    But zombiu is. $19 there

    • I picked up ZombieU for $19 @ EB the other day.

Luigi's Mansion, among others, is $44 @ BIG W starting Thursday

      • Luigi's: Gamecube?

Someone go investigate what other Wii U games are on sale! Go go go! :)

  • Let's hope this one goes better than the shambles of a game sale The Good Guys did the other week.

    • What was the fallout from that? I insisted I wanted the product when local GG's called me to inform me of the "unusual uptake in the offer" - I politely informed them that I was happy to wait for supplier to fulfil the order… no response since?

      Anyone else?

      • Don't worry; I did the exact opposite: "I'm happy for a refund + voucher". No response since. Let's just say, we've been screwed.

        • +1 on that. No communication since.

  • Trying to get $25 for GTAIV (same catalogue)still amazes me; guess Target is banking on older rellies picking one up for Junior at that price, and even then they'd probably find out on Christmas Day that he had already had a chance to play it in the years since 2008. Still, not as bad as the monumental stupidity of the K-Mart I visited at the weekend trying to flog them for $55. The only way you could justify it on K-Mart's behalf would be that they hoped to confuse older buyers wanting to get the latest GTA as a gift. Scummy behaviour as I see it.

i think they just have no idea about games in general.

  • Despite the PR reps spin, platitudes and promises of phone calls I've never heard anything from the Good Guys other than the bog standard emails they spammed out to everyone. Terrible customer service and communication.
