The 5 attraction combo pass gets you entry to 5 of the above mentioned attractions. Once you have entered the first attraction you will have 30 days in which to visit the remaining attractions. The ticket must be activated by entering the first attraction within 3 months from purchase.
There are other places where you can buy a pass for five places for the same price, but this one does not require you to go to a particular place as others do (e.g. one of them says Sydney Tower must be visited first, another - Sydney Zoo), so it will give you more freedom once you are in Sydney.
