My mum's 70 is coming up, i want to organize a Spit Roast, anyone know of a good Spit Roast caterer/catering company?

Don't want to tackle it yourself?

Masters are $239, and $20 in hot rocks. 1hr to setup, 1 hour to get heat going, then 2-3 hours of basting, great.

I did it for Melb cup, $80 of lamb, chicken, beef, was great.
