I still get annoyed when I think about the fact that I bought FFXIV 1.0 collector's edition when it first came out (I think around $100) 3 years ago - before the overhaul it was the worst game ever
People had been playing it for months in the beta and just about everybody said it was a hot turd. I have no idea why you thought it was a good idea to buy it.
You've got Realm Reborn for free now anyways, so it's not the worst thing.
