Small/Portable scanner

HI everyone,
Was looking for a small/portable scanner, just for receipts/record keeping purposes.

Don't want to get a bulky flatbed/multifunction to cluster the place

Anyone has got one before? Any advice/thought much appreciated.

Use a smartphone camera to snap pictures, or get one of those Doxie One's which is currently on a Black Friday sale. Might be overkill for your needs though.

For receipts a smartphone camera will do, but for multi-page documents then you might want to invest in a quality portable scanner. The handheld ones will require you to have a steady hand and move the scanner across the page in a slow and steady rate, whereas the self-feeding ones are automatic and are used just like a paper feeder.

  Thank you! Yeah think again a smart phone will do I guess, just need some soft of clear plastic to hold the receipt flat so I can take a pic of.
