    i have a question.
    I am currently on your get started pack.
    i am confused by web hosting and email hosting plans.
    Web hosting says it includes email accounts (unlimited).
    Web hosting is cheaper than email hosting.

    Excuse my ignorance, but i thought web hosting allows you to have a website and email accounts and email hosting only allows email accounts.
    Can someone please confirm, as i would be interested in your 50% off everyday plan

      Web hosting accounts do have email hosting with them, but our separate email hosting service is a lot more advanced and gives you better spam/virus filtering, multiple backup MX points, etc. :)

    I have moved all my hosting from Jumba to Cove..
    Cove is so so so much better.
    Used to get alot of IMAP server timeouts with Jumba.
    And spent months getting them to try and fix, got moved to differnt servers had the mail server reset so many times I lost track.
    They blamed my 200mb email account as been to big and I gave up in frustration so moved everything to Cove.

    Since moving to Cove havent had a single issue.

    They are fantastic and are always quick to answer any of my questions.

    I now have all my 6 domains hosted with Cove

    I recommend Cove to all my clients.

    Is the Offer #2 code still valid? I tried to buy two year plan plus one free Australia domain name. However the domain registration fee is still charged. Thanks
