I checked them out yesterday. Didn't like any of them, looked worse in person than on the site but I tried some on anyway and they feel cheap. I have fractured shins so support is very important, even for just walking around town and these are wobbly and poor quality IMHO. Not a patch of the Rivers sneakers I got last year, though they were more expensive and it shows.
They dont looks too nice to wear and the picture of the shoes look dirty. You can buy shoes at this price in Big W and Kmart with better quality.
I checked them out yesterday. Only the 2nd and 3rd shoes in the picture are going at $28. The 1st and 4th ones are $39. They are alright for $28 I guess but I certainly wouldn't pay their normal retail price at $60.
Nicer stuff isn't on sale, but is still about $40 online (before shipping)

curious … not my taste but for $20 or less there are the 2697M series
2678M looks okay to me, at $40 or less. 2251 looks like it could be okay too, $30 or less
I've gotten Rivers shoes before during last years big shoe sale, different ones to these probably but I'll head in shortly and probably pick up a pair or 2 depending on the stock available. Doubt I'll use them for "running" as such, but just getting around town in etc they should be great.
