I bought it last night and played half a game so far.
It is very slick, a great implementation.
You can play single player, where you play all the moves to see if you can beat the disease. You can also play with other live players to cooperate to beat the disease.
Due to the nature of the game, there isn't any AI or online play (because you need to discuss your strategy and plans with your team members/yourself).
I'm very pleased with my $2.99 purchase.
For reference, my personal taste in other ios board games includes Ticket to Ride, Ascension, Puerto Rico and San Juan.
The boardgame is awesome. Have you played the IOS version?
