I almost bought the Almay Wake Up liquid foundation during the 40% off sale at Priceline. Glad I didn't as it is now $4.97 (was $29.95). I think this is only available in stores as it is not on their website.
It's not bad with SPF 20, oil-free and hypoallergenic. It has light to medium coverage and suitable for skin on the drier side.
The Almay Smart Shade makeup is also priced at $4.97 (but in my opinion is not as good, however it is available online).

Why is it so cheap compared to other products? Discontinued product?
I think it's because of the $10 off promo that Priceline is running for Almay (the price ticket on the shelves said $14.97 at North Sydney Priceline, but at the cash register it was $4.97)
Catalogue is ending Monday, but for anyone who bought the Almay CC cream, send a form in (http://almay.com.au/ 'Try Me Free') to get cashback via eftpos card. $9.95 until Monday, or $19.95 if it reverts back to rrp after. Form must be sent in by 12th Dec.
