I recently subscribe to Efax.com.au to try for their trial service. The whole experience here turnout to be a disaster. I sent a total of 6 pages and they somehow charged me 90 pages of usage. They charged me AUS$30. I made a complaint and they told me so much craps that i was not even aware of. Any users out there if thinking of using any online fax please do not subscribe or even try their trial scheme (Never give them your credit card number during registration. Stupid of me). It is like bomb mines that triger to explode on your credit card bill. The 30 days free trial was not even a free trial at all, it was misleading in every way. When i ask for a refund, they said the pages have been sent to the receiver and there is no way to undo. How the heck to try to send pages without subscribing.
Bottom line here, do not try this subscription EFAX.com.au . AVOID this Ripped off service.
I should have check out the comments on http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,2817,1841665,00.asp#disqus-s… rather than blindly read the review on pcmag. (lose respect on pcmag)

ouch caught out, I usually google every online comapny i deal with. Efax have been getting away with this crap for a long time
I have similar problem with a telecommunication company which auto charges my credit card to top up the account. Big mistake. It take me 5 weeks , hassling with the company , telecommunication ombudsman and credit card company before it finally admitted the billing error.
Never I said , will I ever provide credit card details to any online companies .After i did further research, this is what i found out more, http://www.complaintsboard.com/complaints/j2-efax-plus-servi…. Please spread this around so that no one get trap with this company. I have called my commonwealth bank and they will look into it. There is no guarantee too that i will get the credit back. They also said the dispute will take about 45 days. ZZZzzz. I think every banks are useless in dealing such problem. Anyway this efax has taken so much from everyone around the globe. Hopefully they got banned in Australia domain before further fraudenlent activities.
If they charged you for a service you did not receive do a charge back through your credit card company. Tell them you are going to start the process and they may change there minds about the refund.
